ZELIXIS provides recruitment and related consulting support. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the engagement, the stage of work completed, and any signed commercial agreement.

2. Website enquiries and candidate applications

Submitting an enquiry form or candidate application through the website does not involve a charge and therefore does not create a refund claim.

3. Employer engagements

For retained search, consulting, or project-based recruitment engagements, payment terms and any refund conditions are governed by the specific proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement shared with the client.

4. Completed work

Fees for work already completed, resources already deployed, or services already rendered are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by ZELIXIS.

5. Duplicate or incorrect payments

If a duplicate payment or clear billing error occurs, contact us with payment details. Verified duplicate or incorrect payments may be reviewed for refund or adjustment.

6. Review requests

Any refund-related review request should be submitted in writing to info@zelixis.com with sufficient transaction and engagement details.

7. Processing timeline

If a refund is approved, the processing timeline will depend on the payment method, banking channel, and internal finance review cycle.
